Last updated: 2026-09-06
1. Acceptance
By using TenderWatch you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. The service
TenderWatch aggregates public procurement notices from official public sources (Find a Tender Service and the UK Contracts Finder in the United Kingdom, TED across the EU, PLACSP in Spain, TenderNed in the Netherlands, BOAMP in France, Doffin in Poland, PCS Scotland and Sell2Wales) and lets you search and filter them. The exact list of active sources, their update frequency and their legal basis is published on our Data Sources & Methodology page. All data originates from publicly accessible feeds published by public bodies under their transparency obligations. UK data is reused under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
We do not offer email or messaging alerts. TenderWatch is a search and research tool.

- You must provide accurate registration details. TenderWatch is a business-to-business service: if you register a company, you are responsible for the accuracy of the company data you supply.
- One account per company. Additional seats are available on the Scale plan.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
4. Acceptable use

6. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available 99% of the time but do not guarantee uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced with 48 hours' notice.
7. Limitation of liability
TenderWatch is a search tool. We do not guarantee the accuracy of aggregated data (we depend on official sources that may themselves contain errors or omissions). Always verify critical information at the original source before bidding.
8. Personal data and GDPR
Your personal data is processed under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 where you reside in the EEA. For full details see:
